Sitting here watching the highlights of the Seton Hall game, I can't help but get excited for next year watching Barford and Macon play like they did knowing they're coming back a year stronger. So let's break down the team:

The big loss is obviously Moses, luckily the prize cow in this year's class is a big man. But what about the makeup as a team as a whole?

Do we lose any strengths or gain any new weaknesses?

What are the realistic expectations for the starters replacing the seniors and Moses?

Will we have to change the identity of certain aspects of our style of play to adjust to the roster?

Are your expectations higher, equal to, or below last year's finish?

Honestly for me, anything less than the sweet 16 with this lineup will be a disappointment. That can change if we find out there is a glaring issue on the court early in the season.

Big loss will be Dusty.

Better find or develop another shooter or two in a hurry.

Hopefully CJ Jones can really develop as a shooter.

The Phil Knight tourny makes me hopeful but worries the heck out of me.

To win our bracket we will likely have to go through Oklahoma, UNC (screw you Nike), and Michigan St.

Not nearly as big as it seems. We can find a shooter, but he was pretty meh against good teams that exposed his liabilities.

Dusty did carry us through a couple games though, I remember him going off against Vanderbilt when no one else could do anything. He was severely overmatched against UK and UNC though.

Even if we lose it will help us playing those teams. Vanderbilt got in last year for playing a tough OOC even if they didn't win all of them.

Can't wait! I think this squad has the potential to make the Final four to be honest.

I hope we get UNC and beat them by fricking 50. I want Barford hanging from the rim dragging his sack on Tarheel faces. frick 'em.

Really like that bracket.

OU should be improved over last season, but they still will have some struggles. Rematch with North Carolina in the second round and the potential to play Michigan State or Oregon in the championship.

Nice opportunity to make an early season statement.

Would be a hell of a SEC statement if Florida and Arkansas won both brackets.

He was always a threat from deep. Other teams had to respect that. Right now they can load up on Macon.

What we'll miss from Hannahs 3 point and free throw shooting, we gain in height, more athleticism, and defense.

I think Manny will be hard to replace. He was the defensive glue, scrappy guy that did a lot of the little things that don't necessarily show up on the stat sheet. We'll need someone to step up and fill that role. I think it'll be a guy like Adrio Bailey.

There shouldn't be too much drop off with Gafford for Moses. Moses actually didn't too much before mid February.

Did we end up filling the final spot for the incoming class? I know we were after zhaire Smith for a while.

Trey has gotta clean up his defense and learn how to stay out of foul trouble.

Thats the biggest potential problem as i see it, at least until its clear how reliable Gafford is.

Then its down to garland, hall, or cj to produce some points without being a liability on the other end.

How should I feel about these names? Backup plans?

Harris is a freshman PG transfer from New Mexico.

Osabuohien is a Canadian forward that went to school at SW Christian in LR. He took Hazen's scholarship after his release/transfer out.
