I'll be on board if Lane is the man. He definitely seems to be a motivated guy and the type of fellow players want to play for.
My only concern is things I heard about that were swept under the rug at Tennessee - things like a DUI accident.
And how could he not be successful at USC?

Also, he won 10 games there one year. He wasn't a complete disaster.

At least with Kiffin he's got actual Arkansas ties.. and he was really pissed when he didn't get the job when Petrino was hired.

I think Kiffin would be an excellent hire provided he keeps himself out of trouble. Lol. The only knock against the guy is he has been fired from every place he's been. Well, I guess he left Tennessee on his own. But been fired everywhere else.

It makes me feel better that we have a couple here with Kiffin smoke. The guys blowing the smoke over there are the GRUDEN crew from last time. Hopefully they are more accurate this time.

Yes, he is being vetted most definitely. I got a text last night from a man who doesn't even get on a razorback message board, ever.
He is very involved at the UofA and does fundraising for the Foundation, and I cant give any more info at this time.
This began on Friday BTW... Yes, Prior to Gus winning on Sat. Gus was still Number 1, but feelers had been put out on Friday and yesterday it went further. So, I am telling you that there is a chance.
Not sure what happened on Norvell, but he was soured upon quickly after some checking. Rumors are everywhere.
Don't get our hopes us too quick though. Kiffen is listening to others also. THis is a crap show for sure.

Let me say something real quick. Usually if it hits tardville and is allowed to stay, it doesn't happen. The few folks over there in the know, want to stay in the know. They will not pizz off the BOT or GOBN at all. I cringe win stuff sticks there....

I don't see kiffen going back k to Tennessee just don't believe there ego will allow that tamu isn't gonna go that route I don't think and we are a better school than ole miss or miss state if mullen leaves. Only place I could see taking him from us is Florida and I don't think they're that high on kiffen
