That you have no say and your opinion doesn't matter when it comes to hiring/firing decisions. The only people that matter are the ones that own suites and better.

lack of attendance, low concessions and memorabilia sales will help. They underestimate what the fans will do. Do they really want to go back to the Nutt days?

I think you're right that the fans can have some say by not forking out the money on stuff but the only problem with that is that it will take a while for Long/UA to feel it and by that time the buyout will be down.
In other words, we'll still be stuck with Bert one way or the other for a while.

they are full of crap. When Nutt was getting gone, I had a phone call two days prior from a board member asking my opinion. And I gave it. I then had a call from an Admin at the UofA the day of the Presser letting me know that I would want to watch.
I am not a huge contributor by any means. Yes, the fans matter, but so does pragmatism. And it isn't even in the realm of being pragmatic to fire CBB at the current time.
Think outside of our emotional boxes for the moment please. Look at the buyout, the recruiting, the expansion. It isn't happening unless there is a o fer season, or something close. not yet.
