Saw this on 247 just now. Their flight trackers think they’ve found Yurachek’s actual plane. It’s registered to a lawyer out of Rogers. Candidates mentioned are at all these stops except Terrell and would line up with the news tonight that Yurachek has interviewed 5-6 coaches. This would also follow what he did last time with Muss where he flew and interviewed everyone in one long trip.

North Wilkesboro - Drinkwitz
Boca Raton - Kiffin
New Orleans - Fritz and/or Napier
Terrell - ???
Lewiston - Leach

So, out of all of these... Who do we want?

Kiffin for me, then Dykes or Leach I guess.. Underwhelmed by all but Kiffin...

Locations might not match the coach either. Could be there home away from work.

Terrell is kind of an odd place to land but maybe Dykes is out there for unknown reasons...or another Texas coach.

Kind of like Lewiston is a 45 min drive from Pullman when Pullman has its own airport. Maybe the coach requested it for privacy sake.

I’d say odds are that’s your plane.

I mean, how many private jets registered to prominent Arkansans have gone to Boca in the last 3 days, let alone the rest of these stops which happen to be extremely random or close to coaching candidates?

What are the odds of that? Pretty slim.

And the TX stop could've been anybody within a few hour radius, it's not uncommon for coaches to meet fairly far away from their campus or hometown away from prying eyes.

My guess would be that Terrell is Dykes or maybe Rhule. Most likely the former.

Wish Birmingham was on that list.

ETA - B-ham = Clark

I find it hard to believe Dykes or Fritz would get a visit and not Clark.

I've seen some board chatter about how Clark is wanting to get fully vested in Alabama's state retirement and he's not interested in leaving. Probably pure conjecture but who knows. Maybe that is the case, but I have a hard time believing that given the fact that SEC salaries are life changing money at this point.

Clark isn't a splash "name" hire, but he's a hell of a good football coach. If he ever leaves UAB, someone will be getting a good one.

I can believe he doesn't want to leave Alabama, just not for that reason. All he has to do is keep doing what he's doing and Auburn will eventually come calling when they're through with Gus - probably with about four million dollars a year.

Yeah we’re not going to even sniff in the direction of another SMU coach.
