If Haselwood runs toward the pylon, we're 4-0

stop the video at 6:57. I can't for the life of me understand why he cuts back toward the middle of the field

Y'all love a good swift kick in the taters. No idea why y'all keep punishing yourself with watching this game. We gave the game away, we found a way to lose, not interested in re-watching that damn shite.

We have such a talent for snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. Ready for that to change.

Many fans are having flashbacks from the bert and chaggie years. Many mistake the pain for love because it's all they have ever known.

we absolutely love punishment... even days, weeks, months, and years later.

Following the game i looked up Arkansas Football failures and even watched reggie fish in the SEC C game.

Mercy...

The curse of Frank, plain and simple.

He should've kicked the fg in'69

You're right. It's just a bizarre play. The field was wide open to his left

After rewatching, I think he thought the guy had him if he went left, and he might have, so Hazelwood tried cutting in hoping the defender's momentum would allow Hazelwood to slip by.

Man I guess so. Just looked like he could’ve kept running. I think in the back of his head he wanted to go for the prettier looking play and make the safety miss

We'd be 4-0 if on the very next play KJ would have noticed we had 3 receivers to the left but only 2 defenders. Instead KJ tries to go superman and gives up 7.

This is what I'm seeing too. I think he's tackled regardless of which way he went. I think he thought the safety would over run him so he cut back to try and get up field. The safety made a good play and stopped him. It can be as simple as that. It doesn't always have to be "wow he decided to cut back and got tackled. he must have fricked up."

we lost a game we should have won

that hurts worse than anything - only way to alleviate that is win a game we're "supposed to lose" - Bama

...or win three that are supposed to be tossups - LSU, State, Ole Miss

And we might have even been able to absorb that 14 point swing, but the offense was shite for the last 3 quarters.

No it really wasn’t. The 3rd quarter was shite and we only had 21 yards on 8 plays.

All other quarters we had 115+ yards.

The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th quarters were shite offensively. Had they not been, we may have been able to absorb that 14 point swing. Is that more understandable?
