We’re going to be 4-1 with the only loss being to maybe the best team in the country. We were never going undefeated this year

How this team plays in the 2nd half will tell us a lot about what the rest of the season could hold

99% of people would have gladly take a 4-1 start to the year before the season started.

Most of my frustration is at the state of college football. It’s hard to imagine us actually being great when you watch a game like this. We’d have to cheat our asses off to reach that point if we’re being honest with ourselves. Even then, it would be an uphill climb.

We were pretty close under Petrino.

I agree this style of football is more likely to stabilize us as an 8/9 win program than to reach the top. But that is the first step considering where we've been.

In 2010, but even the 2011 team got blown out twice

Eh, we could probably have beaten LSU a decent % of the time at home. That game was closer than the final score showed
