Have any teams expected to be in the tournament lost yet?

As in teams losing that will allow a team to get in that wasn't supposed to.
That's the only way that we could be pushed out at this point.

All this will do is push the bottom half of the sec teams like auburn out of the nit.

There was a slight case for Illinois State but they are NIT bound. Probably get to be a host site. Had they beat Wichita in the MVC finals, Wichita would have taken a bid from a bubble team.
Belmont is NIT as well, they got upset by Jacksonville State. There haven't been any bid stealers yet but there are only like 5 teams confirmed so far.
Iona just locked up their spot. No bids stolen in the MAAC.

I think Wichita St would have been left out had they lost, resume is very, very weak.

It woulda been close. Hard to leave a top 25 team completely out.

This is a pretty silly argument anyway, the only person who even had them on the bubble was Palm and he sucks. IIRC of the 125 brackets on Bracket Matrix, 124 had Wichita in the tournament and Palm was the only one who didn't.
