How bout this. I didn't want him hired, told you all then he wasn't sec ready.
As we stand now you can't fire him. For the class alone you can't. Now if he pulls the same crap next year then you have to let him know year 3 is 9-10 wins or go home. Nothing less.

Yes, I want him fired. His peak is 1st or 2nd round in NCAA tournament.

If Mike can make a tournament he can stay. It would actually be the most impressive thing he's done at Arkansas if he can take us to the NCAA tournament this year. If we don't mske any of the post season tournaments he needs to step down. Lord knows how Richardson's gonna react if he gets fired.
