He's been involved in Razorback athletics since the Nutt days. He was defensive coordinator for Nutt twice and coached defensive line (tackles) for Petrino. He was actually moved into a less influential off field position when Bielema took over.
This idea that some pencil pusher (director of high school/NFL relations) has any influence of who is starting or not is beyond IDIOTIC. Not to mention that each and every QB who has played here since the Allens have been complete and utter shite. Finally, there is only one former Razorback still playing QB in the NFL - not Mallett..... not Wilson..... just Brandon Allen. I guess Bobby has so much clout that he can get BA signed onto a NFL roster.

It’s kind of hard to keep up. Didn’t many on this board really love Enos? Kind of a fickle bunch for sure. I guess it’s kind of like relationships—heavenly bliss at the beginning and then it all goes to shite and there’s the resulting trade-in for a newer model. And then the cycle starts all over.

And Dan Enos had 0 to do with his development, unlike lot's of Hog fans praised him for.
The Allen's were hated and that's a damn shame. They were all Arkansas all day. Were they Johnny football or Hurts, hell no.

I still like Enos and I disagree that he had nothing to do with Brandon's development. Fans lit Brandon's truck on fire because they hated him so much and after Enos they wanted to build a statue. It wasnt a coincidence.

In his worst season as a starter BA threw for 13 TDs and 10 INTs. He improved in 2014 and had an absolutely monster senior season. Even the Toledo game that he was blamed for was a pretty good game - he threw for 400 yards we just couldn't get any momentum from the crowd to put the ball in the endzone.
Meanwhile there are fans who believe Casey Dick's final season was better than anything Brandon did - despite Casey throwing for more INTS than TDs. ---- 14 INTs and 13 TDs.
There are people who think that Starkel is the best QB since Wilson and he is absolute garbage compared to both Allens.
Makes you wonder why?
