Criswell throwing darts

Criswell being here along with a few other pieces that can't transfer out without sitting a year, makes me think the rebuild the next coach will have on his hands won't be so drastic like some cases.

Just need to keep our better young players from transfering out and the next coach could come into a fairly decent situation personnel wise. He'll have to do some work to overhaul the oline as best as he can quickly, but if we can keep a majority of these players we'll be in decent shape.
