That’s what I’m saying. We had them on the ropes last year before the Rupperees stepped in. And Kentucky had a better team last year

Thats why I say if we got hot with our shooting. Even with the group we have now. If we have our top shooters hitting the three ball and Whitt is on with his little jumper, we are going to be a tough out for anyone.

Defense gives you a chance to be in any game. If we can pull off wins against KY and mistake THIS year then look out. Coach Muss will eventually have statues on campus. The way it looks now though we will just get killed on the boards in conference play. I'd take 500 right now and be happy with it.

But that's why they play the games. Its exciting to know that we have a chance to win every single game that's for sure. I don't miss the days of giving up wide open three's and easy layups with the constant gambling on defense. Fundamental basketball is far more appealing. IMO.

I still don’t think we’re that bad, I mean we just played the #10 team in the country and on the road against the best rebounding team in the conference, but people did put a lot of stock in a pretty weak OOC schedule in which we barely scraped by quite a few teams like Eastern Kentucky and Valparaiso.

I’m at the point now where I’d rather start J5 and let joe come off the bench for a game or two.

The “Dump” has usually been a death trap for even the best Razorback teams.
In 94 we lost there by 1 or 2....the next season in 95 (with me in attendance btw) I saw the #8 Hogs get blown the frick out by 21 by an unranked MSU.
No doubt, this team needs to play better but most of us figured we’d have some streaks both ways.

Muss gets some height we’ll be a top 15 team easily. Dude is a tremendous coach and we’ll be very good until he leaves or whatever

I hate that we lost to State and KY. But imo this is still a tournament team. I haven't seen TCU play at all this year. But getting past South Carolina..... Right now I just don't see it. Hope I'm wrong.

WPS.

No Joe, Mason in foul trouble early, TCU with a huge size advantage in the middle. No business winning this game let alone win going away. This was a Muss special.

He adjusted the lineup and gameplan to fit the strengths of the players he had available and won going away with the cards he was dealt. I can't imagine how strong we will be when he has a much stronger roster to work with. Super excited about the future of this team.

"I had a great walk this morning with my dog, and Swish told me to stick J-5 in there and bring Desi off the bench and start Reggie, and I listened to my dog so it worked out well tonight."

I'd let that dog have whatever he wanted and also let him watch that beautiful bean footage.

When I looked out there and saw who we had on the floor I was floored.

Good times.
