I say instead of playing these other directional schools from different states. We rent out WMS and play all the directional schools of our state. 1 a year in rotation.
Then quit going to Jerry World for aTm.

Back when we had season tickets to both venues, I loved LR games. Really did. So damn conducive to tailgating. We no longer have season tickets to either venue, but it does make me sad seeing that WMS is being phased out. I understand why it is though and why it should be.

Thankfully the Jerry World only runs for a couple more years.
If we are going to play some nobodies I agree, lets play nobodies from here in Arkansas. Well... and put Tulsa in the mix as well. Their fans will be thrilled, we'll be more interested than if we were playing Eastern Michigan, and all the money stays in state where it belongs. Why subsidize other states?
Though, like I said, keep Tulsa in the mix because they've been a long time patsy for us. We should show some loyalty to a program that has happily showed up to take one sided beatings for decades now.

We need to be able to host recruits on campus. They can't watch us get our shite pushed in by G5 teams in LR. Even when we lose to crappy teams here we actually make a game of it. The new generation of kids likes to watch us really bend over and spread our cheeks for them like we did with N. Texas and W. Kentucky.
