Same with Mallett really. And the way I understand it is it's because Petrino did all the presnap reads for his QBs.

So D lineman can only play D line? Maybe he's getting the best athletes available? Jason Peters is one of the GOAT offensive lineman in NFL history. What position did he play in college?
Get the best athletes you can on campus, then put them where they fit and are needed the most. DL guys are usually better athletes that these fat arse high school o linemen anyway.

I'm late to the bandwagon, but I'm on it. I give any coach 3 years at least. If he proves to be a bad coach but recruits at the level he is now we'll be in good shape.
And for the dipshits that count the last class against Morris, idiots, the lot. We have some of the most rational fans of any fan base, but we also have the most irrational. I get that most of us are alumni and we hate seeing the program in shambles, but being impatient can be as big of a program killer than being overly patient.
I'll be as big of an anti-Chad guy as any of you if year 3 sucks it up, but until then I'll support him.
