Morris says he going to meet with him tomorrow to "talk."

Marcus Elliott also said that if he were KJ's parent, he would have a sit down with Morris ASAP on what he perceived to be a thinly veiled insult to KJ's intelligence in the post game presser.

Now I heard the clip, Chad basically just said that the offense he ran ran was extremly simplified. Didn't think it was that big of a deal, just took it As KJ, a freshman, wasn't that well versed in all of the plays.

Elliott said he would be offended like Chad stated in the open that KJ wasn't intelligent.

It was not that overt, but I thought, but it was still a slight shot. For whatever reason Chad just doesn't want KJ in the games. It makes him look worse if he does good, yes, but I think it has more to do with his kid's chances of playing. (let's all hope though that he's fired before the Kid can ever get here.)

Chad's offense is a lot of talk, all we've seen in all these losses is shite offense every week.

Even worse defense effort and a checked out DC.

I don't know why Morris feels like he has to make these excuses for not playing KJ more now, just say you didn't want to burn his redshirt. The fact that he feels he has to justify it with more than that shows he has some sort of ulterior motive.

Maybe he doesn't want to look bad for not playing him sooner, or really does want to downplay his skills for his son, or maybe he just doesn't like KJ for some reason.

It's odd though, no doubt.

They were also saying how he is a legit threat for the transfer portal after how this has been handled. All speculation, but I know I'd be pissed if my coach was screwing around with me in this kind of dogshit team.

Gee, y'all ever think it might be the truth that they scaled back what they asked a true freshman that has been mostly working on the scout team to do in his first live action? Good lord, ME, don't be such a snowflake.

Yeah Marcus Elliot sounds like an absolute dumbass here. KJ has been running the scout team all season so of course he has to run a scaled back version of the playbook because he hasn’t been practicing in our actual playbook. It’s not that complicated and not some vast racist conspiracy theory. I want to say our media is incompetent about most things football related but I really don’t get how Marcus doesn’t understand this of all people.

A simple offense results in the most impressive drive of the year with a freshman QB.

A complex offense with veterans at QB hasn't worked out since he's been here.

Which is the real problem? Complex doesn't always mean better, and it's not like you're fooling anyone with your complicated plays in this league.

Give KJ 10 solid plays and tell him to have fun, not like we have anything to lose.

State ran a very simple offense and didn't have a problem with it.
