I don't know that Eastern Illinois is going to get much better pitching from this gent then what we have seen.

Talent is very low. I had a few buddies play for Eastern, and they aren't anywhere near Arkansas. Doing better than I expected a few times though. This university almost closed 3 years ago because of our Stare budget.

Yeah, when I lived in Illinois, way back when before the written word, Eastern Illinois was doing just fine. Then the bottom fell out with the state budget.
It makes me appreciate the Republicans and Democrats in Arkansas being paranoid about running out of money.
