17-3 final.

Burton was hitting 97.

So in the last week, Wicklander has hit 95, Trest has hit 96, and Burton has hit 97. These young arms are scary.

This team took care of business tonight,it's good to see our bats staying alive midweek.

Go Hogs!

Yeah, hopefully some of those guys can find their control and step up. We have to have a couple more arms do that here late in the year to have a shot imo.

We had a lot of things go our way last year in Omaha pitching schedule wise that likely won't happen again. The thought of starting a mid week arm and then go bullpen early vs an Omaha team is scary.

The bats can carry a lot, but the bigger park still benefits pitching far more.

I believe in this team a bit more than last years. They seem focused and have the "it" factor. I may be wrong, for many of you know more about baseball than I do. I played Jr. Babe and then was done.

We are really hot at the right time.

Yes we are Rev. We get Cody Scroggins back. He was our 2nd best starter before the injury. Now, with the way Noland and Wicklander have stepped up the past couple of weeks, Cody might be our 4th option now. He, Kopps, and Ramage will be long relievers we'll need like Reindl and Loseke were last year. This year we have a lot more situational arms now to get to Cronin with Denton, Vermillion, Kosty, Burton, Trest, and maybe Henry. The bullpen is getting there.

Also, tbe backups are playing great. Jordan Macfarland, Zach Plunkett, and Washington have been lights out in their limited opportunities the past couple of weeks.

Kjerstad is on a tear since the ejection. Martin is back. Goodheart and Ezell being constant. Franklin is back to being a good hitter. He had a small slump. Kenley stepping up. And Dominic being solid in the middle.

This team shows no weaknesses at the moment. I feel a deep run coming again this post season.

Unless Ramage steps up on the bump, he'll be a, eat up 2 innings guy as a middle reliever.

I'd really rather avoid DBU this year. Our pitching isn't what it was and you never know what will happen any given game between two offensive teams.

I’d rather avoid Oklahoma State to be honest.
