Didn’t we have our highest wr drafted ever under Briles?
Sure, but he was a freak, and probably would have went 1st round with Ken Hatfield as the coach.
BTW, Lance Alworth was the #8 pick.

Man who gives a shite. We need to stop being proud of the mediocrity that this program delivers on an annual basis. Two players drafted? That’s an embarrassment.
Seriously that's like celebrating having a 6-6 season

Sounds like he is stable but if true it's probably best for him to go the Rawleigh Williams route. Most important thing is his life but man it would suck to lose him.

Is he ok?
The university released a statement that he's being treated for non-life threatening injuries, so that's about all that's been confirmed so far.

His mom said he was up and walking around in good spirits today. Hoping for the best for his long term health

If he was up walking around already, I’m going to assume that means it wasn’t a C5 fracture like the initial rumor this morning was suggesting.

It’s still kinda weird to say NFL steers away from Briles WRs when we had our highest WR drafted under him. Burks would’ve been drafted high regardless but still
Edit 2nd highest
Edit 2nd highest
