Just saying this isn't "night and day" from the last regime. We were ranked #7 and #9 in these same rankings under Pittman.

Defensive players are being signed down other P4 schools with actual stats from the season compared to the 3rd and 4rh string at UGA, G5, and FCS level.

So far it kinda is night and day.

They may have enough players to have an actual rotation on the dline next year.

Yeah, he's probably still too gone on the nega side and just doesn't know better.

This is absolutely night and day.

Night and day enough to be ranked exactly the same.

I'm blown away.

A DT who was awful here is ranked in the top 10 at his position.

Take your rankings strawman elsewhere, no one has been discussing the website rankings.

Title makes it sound like the New Mexico State WR.

The Oregon State OL has committed per Danny.

Thought they had stopped it by turning off comments

But after reading your comment it occurred to me…
quote:

- Rivals analyst Greg Biggins predicts New Mexico State wide receiver Donovan Faupel, a 6-foot-1, 200-pound junior with 59.5 receiving yards per game in CUSA play, will transfer to Arkansas after his recent campus visit.
- Faupel entered the portal seeking Power 4 elevation; he visited UCLA on Monday and Arkansas on Tuesday, with Texas Tech also in pursuit, positioning the Razorbacks as frontrunners per expert intel.
- The post's image of Arkansas coach Sam Pittman at a branded press conference underscores the program's portal push to rebuild its offense amid a 4-8 season, targeting immediate-impact transfers like Faupel.

Do you just ask it what’s in the article?

There’s a Grok symbol approximately where that arrow is pointing to on individual X posts. For some reason it doesn’t show up on a screen shot. Hit the Grok symbol and it gives a synopsis of the X post and apparently gives a synopsis of whatever linked article is in the post as well, even if it’s behind a paywall.

People had been asking Grok in the different comments sections to give them the info to the linked paywall articles and they turned off comments to try to stop it because subscriptions.

You can also ask Grok questions about the post after it gives you the synopsis.

I like using the Grok symbol on posts if I’m not sure if it’s a recent news event, if it’s fake news, or if it’s something AI generated. It’s great at giving missing context.

I think a lot of fans are like me right now. Happy with a good start in the portal, but this guy could land the #1 class and id still be hesitant to be excited. Until I see us have a serviceable defense on the field or us dominate an SEC opponent, all the good news reports don’t mean shite. We’ve been bullshitted for over a decade.

I tend to agree but I would say they are building the pieces of a solid defense.
This staff seems to understand how to build a roster and it's FUN!!!!!!

I think Trey said the portal number was 30. If we did get Faupel that leaves us 12 spots I think.

I know we had a couple of guys come out of the portal so that might affect the number.... ?

So we’re looking at around 10 more spots to fill?
