I don’t think it’s possible to be that bad, but I can’t say I’m not concerned with some of his hokey bullshite but im withholding judgment. If it works im all for it.

I’ll buy your seats each game day. I assume they will be at a reasonable price.

All good brother

You were one of the big Chaggie fans on here

Shut down my donation in 2018 and haven't been to a game since.

Pretty sure Rev will have tickets available

“Hokey bullshite” and it’s just a weightlifting and training competition

Dj Williams on radio today said Silverfield texted him out of the blue Sunday to let him know all former players are welcome for whatever they need so yay on that end at least.

that’s my point. Having some goofy arse “teams” for weight lifting is hokey bullshite. Is the fact you are competing for one of the biggest prizes in American sports a college football national championship not enough? I mean I’m sure our players don’t see it that way because it wasn’t put in those terms but that should be the day 1 explanation and the backbone to everything we do. National championship or bust. That should be the only standard. You aren’t working out to win some goofy arse game within the locker room you are grown arse men getting paid 100s of thousands if not millions of dollars and have a multi million dollar facility to work in, and you should be lifting to get one step closer to the nfl and to win a national title. If that isn’t enough motivation get the frick out.

And before anyone responds yes I know we aren’t winning the title next year that isn’t the point. The point is the standard and the standard doesn’t change. How do you think cignetti did what he did at Indiana? Because you can bet your arse he never once walked in and said “we’re Just Indiana

"When the racks go up, the freaks come out"

STFU and coach your team and stop all the GD nonsense.

I disagree on this. I get annoyed by his cliche catch phrases, but I like the offseason teams. It makes the offseason competitive and makes everyone accountable to their teammates that want to win.

It's a lot easier to slack when it's just you and you don't have that kind of pressure from your team. I think the offseason teams is a really good idea. Plus it's going to show really fast who you can count on. If you aren't going to step up for your offseason teammates you're not going to show up for your team on the field.

Until we play games and probably until we win some games, Silverdong will be nitpicked by some of our fans. Little differences in opinion on how to coach are amplified.

It is what it is

Guess Nick Saban was doing hokey bullshite then. Kirby Smart and Tom Osborne too.

Clearly you don't understand how to change a culture.... maybe you should..... IDK... LET THE COACH COACH HIS TEAM and you just be a fan.... or go to school and get a degree and go coach 'em.....

You are either part of the problem or part of the solution.... griping about everything and being a naysayer is clearly being part of the problem.
Culture doesn't change until attitudes and perceptions and expectations change... if you knew how to do the job you would understand that but you CLEARLY would rather just be an internet naysayer....

I’m gonna support the guy and I hope it works. I just personally think the whole “workout” teams is corny. Again, that’s just a personal opinion.

It's not just "workout" teams. It's about fostering an atmosphere of competition and accountability. This is not a new concept. Many teams do this.

it causes our team to gel, get along better, and have an idea how to work towards the fall and gametime.

Love it, not so much the catch phrases however...
