Other then Houston Nutt is there an unemployed HC not on our staff? Bielema loves adding experience to the staff.

Rob Ash? Sounds like he should be a DC.

Probably helped that he had the Iowa connection. Wonder why a former FCS coach of the year couldn't find a HC or OC job anywhere though.

I could see Bert hiring him just long enough to beat Briles up.

Dave Doeren, Charlie Partridge and Chris Ash all coached under him.

I guess this is a retirement gig for him.

Why does Dan Enos need an Offensive Analyst?

Is Enos gone after this year?

Every team has them. It isn't an Arkansas thing.

As he said every team as a behind the scenes guy who analyses and scouts future and current opponents to give the main staff deeper analysis of their tendencies. This is nothing new nor out of the ordinary. I guarantee you Alabama probably has a half a dozen of these guys. I'm really not even sure why your asking this question. I don't know if you think is sone kind of negative or show of incompetence on Enos' part or what. Google "Ernie Adams" and you'll find out exactly what this guy is going to do.

Saban started the trend of off the field assistants, qc, analysts, etc.

There is no limit to how many you can employee and I believe the contact with athletes rules are different as well.

Sorry you are "triggered" but I was just asking a couple of questions for discussion purposes.

Now go and find your "Safe Space".

Bert's the man.

It's an interesting hire. I think he oversaw an up-tempo offense, maybe even HUNH. Let's Enos and co. concentrate on the day to days while keeping in the game with Texas' high school offense. I like it.
