I’m fine winning 10-5.
Certainly no complaints at all about the offense. The pitching staff would have to improve to average giving up 5 a game.

We are 192nd in team ERA at 6.56 in the middle of the lightest part of our schedule. Yes, it's early but improvement is an absolute must or we're going to get abused in conference play. Definitely a cause for concern right now.

The only difference for me is that I can’t even convince myself that Arkansas will be good at football like I do the other two sports.

I'm getting there. I can feel my baseline trending more toward negahog with each passing year and it sucks.

Come on in. The water is fine.

I'm guessing you weren't in Omaha in 2018.

No way you could be there and not nose dive.

I was also at the 2011 Sugar Bowl as well.

And the Baylor Elite 8 game.

Trending nicely lately.

You're trending towards a realist, not negative.

We have the potential to win a natty in baseball and basketball. Football, nah. Our recruiting base is too shitty in order to get the quantity needed to win a natty in football.

I will say this though....once the playoffs are expanded to 12 teams, it'll be curious to see what happens. Saban won't be at Bama forever. Kirby Smart (up until the past two seasons) seemed to underachieve a bit, considering the talent he brings in there.

I think the 12 team expansion might shake things up a bit (nothing overly earth shaking), as far as the traditional powers winning it every single year. I could be wrong, but we'll see.

God hates for Arkansas fans to experience joy.

Also bring Dave England back to run the trainers. This injury crap got worse when he left.

This is such a solid offense. Lineup's full of guys that can hit the ball to any part of the field.

I like to think I've stayed pretty realistic with expectations. I don't think 8-9 wins was a crazy thought for last year. I guess what I mean is what's changing is that instead of expecting the upper side of realistic expectations, I'm starting to subscribe more to the belief of 'if it can go wrong it will'.

It’s not just us at least. College football is in such a terrible place right now.

Same.

His bat is heating up and he's getting his confidence back at the plate, but he's not well-suited at all for the hot corner.

The left side of our infield is a liability defensively, which is sad given how incredible it was the last two seasons.

I missed most of the game so I breezed through the replay on ESPN+ while I was in the gym.

When they had Frank try to attempt a throw after the trainer got out there, he looked like he was in terrible pain. The crowd even audibly gasped when he doubled over.

Looked like something back-related.

Bottom of the 5th and Army is leading 4-0.

More midweek lulz.
