Will Wade would leave McNeese for us though, if Beard wouldn't leave OM after 1 season. Both are upgrades coaching wise IMO.

Wade is elite. And no one cares he paid a recruit now that it's legal. Would be a phenomenal hire and worth it just to troll the LSU fans like Pio already does with McNeese updates.

Same as Muss at Nevada. One sweet 16 then two first round exits and we hired him. Wade has an extra win though with a R32.

Sure but Muss squeezing a sweet 16 out of a mediocre Nevada team was more impressive than Wade's, which was really a disappointment for that team.

Sure, but Muss going about 3-15 and having a 10+ game worse SEC record is a much bigger disappointment. Not to mention LSU spends little to none on hoops and have arguably the worst facilities.
I can't find Beard's buyout I tried googling a bit but back to the Chiefs game. I still don't think he'd leave an SEC P5 job after 1 season.

Beard took TT to the NC game. Texas mf'ing Tech. He outperformed the General. Beard is the best coach in college basketball.

Exactly. Wade has one sweet 16, which came at an SEC school. Muss has taken multiple teams to the sweet 16, and been there 4 times.
Wade knows how to cheat, which is now legal, so you’d have to question how effective he’d be going forward.

This is only BSing if Muss takes Louisville or UCLA job anyways. UCLA is his dream job, but I don't think Cronin goes after 1 disastrous year just like we wouldn't fire Muss if we do in fact go about 3-15 this year in the SEC.
