Brazile looked uninterested in defense a couple times

He's never been able to move his feet laterally fast enough.

Before and after the surgery.

So weird for a guy so explosive to be so slow side to side.

He needs to work on foot speed and positioning on defense. He's not quick enough to recover once a guy gets a step on him.

Vertically he's great. Uses his length well.

Muss is more upset about how his team played tonight than Sam has been all season

I remember Sam yucking about how he'll always take a win after an underwhelming game against Kent state

I love Muss

I feel like Muss sees this team as his most talented team he’s had at Arkansas and that’s why he’s on their asses so much more than in the past.

I was reading a preseason prediction article a couple of weeks back and the writer stated that this team has less talent than last years team and that’s why they were rated so low in the article.

If muss can get these guys to play defense, then it’s the best team we’ve had since the 90s and the sky is the limit.

The difference between Muss and Pittman in press conferences is really telling.

I can outside of his “I didn’t know what to do” comment, Pitt generally seems confused. Lots of answers to the effect of “if I knew what the problem was, I would fix it”

I can’t imagine Muss ever answering questions like that

From Best of Arkansas sports.com

Davis played 37 minutes and didn’t commit a single turnover. Incredibly, it’s the third straight game in which he had no turnovers — the longest such streak of his career.

In all, he’s played 83 turnover-free minutes of basketball this year. That’s even more impressive when considering Davis is a guard who regularly handles the ball and has a reputation for sometimes trying to do too much.

Anyone know the thinking behind starting Lawson then keeping him on the bench for the rest of each half? He’s a starter averaging 8 minutes/game.

Mike Anderson would've lost this game.

I don't think he's on their arse exceptionally hard. Just calling it as he sees it....

Muss hates to lose and titboss loves to win. Those are different kinds of coaches. Tittman woulda said a wins a win and been happy to be winning. Muss is saying we won today but if we play like that in the future we won't... And he doesn't wanna lose in the future.

Mike lost 4 games to mid majors in 8 seasons. 3 of them came in one season. So in the 7 other seasons, he lost to 1 mid major

Muss has lost to 2 mid majors

I swear some of y'all treat Mike like he was Pel

That’s exactly how I felt. The easy justification I’d that he saw the big recruiting class and can’t use logic that it’s rare that a team that’s reliant on freshman will make it as far as we did.

Mike lost to teams he had no business losing to was the point.

The talent that Muss has and his ability to coach won this game.
