Earlier in the season it seemed like a lock that it would be Devo’s minutes that suffered when NSJ came back. Don’t think that’s the case anymore. We know it’s not going to be Black’s minutes.

Matchup permitting I’m guessing we’ll see almost exclusively four guard lineups. Maybe a few less minutes from Walsh.

He had a good game for sure, that’s silly though. He still can’t shoot.

Dude he’ll have a single digit by his name come draft night. I’m not sure what you’re watching haha. Kid is the most talented player we’ve had here in 20+ years

He's good but I don't know if I would go this far. He has the measurables and potential - that's a big part of his draft projection.

Sure. But based on current ability I wouldn't say he's our most talented in 20+ years

If we're saying most potential talent, there's arguably a player with more on the current team

Potential=talent, talent=potential.

Bottom line is the kid is good. Outside of Nick smith jr he’ll be our highest draft pick since possibly Todd day so 30 yrs! Yes there’s one on the team but we haven’t seen him REALLY play YET.

Just for arguments sake, who in the last 20-25 yrs would you put in front of him as far as ability?

Based on their play in college there would be a lot. Many of them are not fair comparisons because they were multi year college players. Tate for example I think played better as a whole. And we've had a lot of players better than Tate.

If we want to compare freshman though, Black has to be close to the top. Moody is up there. Freshman P-Bev, Portis, and Gafford all have arguments though.

Yeah a lot of people seem to be conflating future NBA potential with how good he is right now. He’s only averaging about 13 points a game but he plays 40 minutes. He’s also good for about 5 turnovers a game. And can’t shoot.

What games are you people watching? Black is best passer in college basketball and probably the best passer to ever wear a hog jersey. AB is literally punking grown arse men. He’s going average double digit assists in the NBA.

Did I say he leads the country in assists? He’s literally about to get drafted in the top 10 because his athletic ability and passing. Since you’re a stat guy we’re 109th in PPG as a team. So do the math on individual assists to go around.
