So Darius Thomas has apparently told both Georgia and Ole Miss reporters that his top 3 is those two and Memphis and he’s going to decide between them before the season starts.

Not too surprising individually with the way it’s appeared with Thomas for a long while but this 2019 instate class is full of bizarre visit decisions.

It is really starting to look like Morris is going to crash and burn with his instate class. Very frustrating to see.

I got a bad feeling with Thomas when we visited Gatlin multiple times and Thomas didn’t come visit the new staff and then word leaked he didn’t feel he was a fit for our system.
Some kids don’t seem interested in all with the program and others like Zach Williams seem to have other interests. Went to Oregon State OV because marine biology interest. Going to TCU this weekend and went to Louisville first.
Jadon Jackson is likely headed elsewhere on his or our own doing IMO. Stacey Wilkins is in love with OU.
Hopefully the two from Warren get on campus for the first time soon.
With how bad the last 6 years have gone in the social media age it really hurts.

Hopefully, Morris can come show some of these kids we can get better. If we whiff on all the instate OL then we're going to suffer for a while......unless he recruits the hell out if Texas. Arkansas kids just don't seem to care that much about the Hogs anymore. Been a while since we've won meaningful games.

That Warren guy on RT saying it’s LSU and Clemson for Burks makes me nervous. I thought he was the one lock.
I think you’re spot on with the social media age. We picked the absolute worst time to have our worst 6 year stretch in school history.

I don’t think the LSU paranoia from our fans with Burks is as some want to make it appear. Maybe it changes but he’s not mentioned at all by their fans with recruiting and they (LSU) are taking only 2 WRs.

That’s a good point. I’m hoping that guy has some terrible source and it’s just some guy that’s not actually in the know.

It sucks that could happen, but I'm not gonna hold that against Morris if the case. He's had a huge recruiting hole to dig out of since day one and it won't be fixed overnight.
Once we start playing some games and show some energy on the field I think we'll quickly make up ground with the in-state talent.
On a side note, I listened to Bo's show last week I think. They were basically mocking much of the coaching session Morris provided to the media. Like they think they are the next Dan Patrick Show or applying for a series on comedy central. Kinda pissed me off because Morris seems to be doing everything he can to get people excited about our program and our own state wide radio show can't even cut the guy some slack.

If we land knox, wolfe, Henry, and burks i could really give a frick about the rest of the in state class. That right there with Nash would be the best skill position class weve had in a longgg time
