Are we? We don’t even go to bowls these days.

No one is going to make that dude an NFL QB. He can't throw beyond 10 yards.

Not really.

Not trying to be a douche but guys, we're really really fricking bad.

Two Ofers in the SEC in less than 5 years.

We're literally entering Rutgers territory.

This sucks, would have just shrugged if it were Auburn but fricking Mizzou?

He's trying to make the NFL. Mizzou has more toys to play with in one year.

Eh. I mean I get that but there's 50 other places bigger and with talent he could have gone. This one is weird.

Is there a connection I'm missing? Why not just go to Auburn?

Meh I'd rather him be a Mizzou than Auburn honestly.

Nance also committed to Mizzou.

I'm just talking about the image. Auburn is a power 10 program.

Even with their talent, the fact our coach, who recruited him from the start, couldn't sell one year and our program too him over Mizzou is sad.

Feels like a kick in the dick.

To be fair we were pretty much only selling "Come help me turn this team around before you leave."

Is Gus not Chad's mentor? I'm talking about national exposure on a power 10 team.

He won't even be on TV against Mizzou except against us.

What am I missing?

He is, but Chad's offense has been much more predicated around the pass than Gus'.

I don’t know Missouri’s roster situation but supposedly they have returning offensive weapons and he was drawn to Lock having a (good?) year in his first year with Dooley.

at Jon Nance getting his QB.

I certainly wouldn’t pick Missouri but you would need major convincing to play behind the Arkansas OL.

Why would anyone go to Auburn? No school is more irrational than Auburn fans/administration.

Gus is a play away from being fired and might not make tomorrow. They don’t have a OC currently and Gus has turned them over yearly because they are puppets to his play calling.

I get it and don't blame the guy. Shame we couldn't have won a few more this year to show we are kind of close.

2-10 looks like AIDS.

Still just sucks missing out to them. Other than snagging Mike, feels like those homos have had our balls since the 05 Cotton Bowl.

Yeah it doesn't look or feel great. Program has a lot of healing to do.

You think players think like this?

National exposure, fairly proven track record with dual threat QBs.

Not trying to start a worthless debate just sucks losing to fricking Mizzou, AGAIN.

DGB all over again plus all the shitty blown losses in recent years.

If Auburn gets a grad transfer QB it will be Tate, who is not only a better fit but double the QB.

Bryant is a very average QB.

Khalil Tate
Shane Buechele
Jalen Hurts
Mason Fine
Brandon Wimbush

Probably another handful to transfer after bowls.

We need a grad transfer QB no doubt.
