Are their really people on this board who expect Arkansas to sign top 15-20 classes every year?

All I know is everyone said talent was our problem. We whiff on a lot of our top defensive choices and we're still supposed to be fine? At some point to fix a talent deficiency we need to bring in talent not he will be good eventually with some coaching and lots of development but can't miss great talent.
