How as a defensive coordinator do you not put your corners on an island and bring your linebackers and safeties down and stack the box when the other team is committed to running the ball? Make Arnold beat you throwing it to his back-up back-up back-up receivers. Dude is an idiot coordinator.

Wommack would’ve had to literally coach those boys to a shut out for us to win tonight. I agree he’s an idiot. But God I’m so pissed out our low IQ offense.

I’m still so confused how this man doesn’t have a single 4-3 playcall in his pocket

He already needed better linebackers...then he lost his best linebacker. I mean sometimes you just dont have the guys

While they did look better the second half, we knew going into the game about their injuries and lack of depth at WR.

It's just astounding that we all know sell our to stop the run and make them beat you in the air but apparently Womack can't see it

The defense only gave up 10 to Oklahoma. That’s not exactly a fireable performance.

It should have been more than that but they fricked themselves, it wasn't anything the defense did

Essentially had a pick six then an actual pick six to start the third quarter. His offense fricked him. They weren’t stellar but the offense lost this game.

Oh the offense absolutely sucked. Not defending them. But a competent D-coordinator could have shut out Okie's one trick offense. Keep 8 or 9 in the box and shut that shite down. Arnold isn't beating you with his arm and his hospital corps receiving unit.

Trotting out this formation against OU after they had run for 200 yards should be a fireable offense

Alabama got to get better at run defense but if the offense had a modicum of production then I think they’d perform well enough to get past a 5-5 squad. The offense shitting the bed allowed OU to just be ultra conservative to avoid turnovers they’re prone to having.
