Your post is dead on!! Jeff Allen has to be ecstatic with this hire. He is the one who brought Catapult to us and really wants to push it further. We didn’t utilize it near enough and I feel it was become of Cochran. I think Cochran is a great motivator and gym guy.. but really lacked on the cutting edge side. Sports conditioning has become a science now.. and technology has really improved over the last 3 years. If Ballou and Dr. Rhea are coming because of the new sports science.. that really is a huge plus for me. You can really make monsters now days with the current science.

I've never been one to blame S&C for our recent injuries, but I saw a tweet that said these guys reduced Indiana's injuries quite a bit.
That's got me pretty excited.

Already have. Changed it at the request of another poster and it’s what made sense given it was the only thread regarding the new hire on the 1st page.
