When does Jalen have to make his decision?

Shouldn't we know soon...like this week...where he is going? Seems like it will be either 1) Miami, 2) Maryland or 3)Oklahoma?

He could wait until summer if he wanted to but I expect we'll know soon. He probably wants spring practice with his new team.

He just has to be enrolled at the school by their add/drop or for their second spring semester if they offer a minimester.

Yeah, that seems like it would be cutting it too close for someone that wants to be the starter/leader of the team. He needs to get with the team and earn the respect from his new teammates. Of course, he does still have a redshirt year too, but I figure he would want to get enrolled, start learning the playbook and prepping for spring.

Many grad schools begin in the Fall. I would think he has until then.

Of course. Not happening but I think we all would like it very much if he did stay. Crazy that a Bama legend will finish his career at Miami.

Most follow same calendar as undergraduate.
Oklahoma: Class started 1/14/2019. Final day to register 1/18/2019
Miami: Class started 1/14/2019. Final day to register 1/23/2019
TCU: Class started 1/14/2019 Final day to register 1/18/2019
Alabama: Class started 1/9/2019. Final day to register 1/16/2019 (Doubt he will come back because tomorrow would be last day for him to sign up)
I suspect Jalen will make decision between now and Thursday. He would have to move in sometime this weekend. Unless he already decided and is in process of moving. Doubt he would make announcement. Someone would have to see him on the campus and say " Jalen is on the campus!"

many grad programs allow a student to take a class or two without being fully accepted. It's possible he can do that for the Spring.

Unless Jalen wants it that way I doubt the school he goes to won't announce it. They'll want the press.

Could he already be enrolled in online classes that would qualify him for any spring semester workouts / spring games?
