WE don't need to talk about shite.
He'll be whatever he is in the end, and our cash handlers will learn or they won't.
His physical ability and potential is hyper hyper rare talent. Does he have the half yips? Idk.
He's a good kid. Great team mate. Good energy. A hyper talent.
He's got time to develop. Hopefully he learns fast.

He can be a better teammate and block when he's supposed to.

Watching a 17 minute replay of the game right now.
Williams actually did a nice job blocking on several plays.
Check out his effort around the 1:30 second mark:

This. And maybe he just doesn’t have great hands. I’m sure he will get better

Shephard chewed RW arse out on a timeout.
He’s insanely talented, but is he self motivated to be the best or does he have to be motivated?
I forget this kid bypassed his final yr in HS so maybe it’s a maturity thing.

Yeah exactly, thats the play where Herbstreit was calling him out, but in actuality he ran down field and found a guy and squared up on him and 5 got the first down. Williams isn't a loafing primadonna, dude is blocking his arse off for his teammates. And he clearly can make tough catches. He's got the yips. It happens. Happened to Julio. I dont really question his effort though.

Williams had a 3rd down conversion where he had to make a catch over the middle of the field and take a hit from one or two defenders. He’s got some yips and whiffed on a block or two but he never loafed around the field.

It will take half that 1.8 to keep #17 on our roster for next season.
#2 is a kid having some fun at this point. If he intends to make big bucks in the NFL, then he needs to get serious.

Too concerned about his brand and outside influences.
With 4 to 5 players in the pattern most plays, he doesn’t have to carry the group to have an excellent game.
I’d rather see the money spent on a defensive lineman that couldn’t be denied on the pass rush.
Here comes the RW is working his arse off crew. If he’s doing that, remind him, he really needs to focus on his one job.
