That hurt our chances a bit. A 2 loss USC may stay ahead of us next week if they lose by a TD or less. If TCU loses we are in. If USC loses by 8 or more we are in. If USC loses by 7 or less it’s a tossup.

We just need one. Ohio st will fall to 6 behind us. The committee has never let a team in that lost by 21 or more. Ohio st was left out in 2018 for loses by 29 to Purdue early in the season and Clemson was left out last year beaches they lost by 21 to ND early in the season. The committee doesn’t want a champion that got its arse kicked.

Mostly true. If they are ahead of us this week(very unlikely) and Michigan loses the Big 10 championship that could cause Ohio st to fall more in the final rankings.
The same may happen the opposite way. If UGA loses to LSU we could drop. It’ll make our conference look weaker.

I think LSU not getting completely blown out by Georgia would keep us from getting flip-flopped with Ohio State. Michigan getting blown out or something crazy could cause us to jump the Buckeyes if it’s them ahead this week. TCU getting completely bitch-slapped would be interesting for them to justify if it happens. I hope the Trojans lose by a couple TD’s though.

USC was impressive offensively today. QB playing at a very high level, possibly favorite for The Heisman now.
Think they will defeat whoever they play in the championship and that should keep us out of the Playoffs.
Georgia/Michigan/TCU and or OSU/USC. We’ll finish 5th or 6th.

Nope it's over but had a chance there for awhile. Coaching did us in this year. We had way to much talent for this to happen. We'll see if we have a motivated bunch in the bowl game.

I think we make it.
The committee watches all of the games that matter(at least on replay) I guarantee you more than half of those voting don’t even count Tennessee as a loss for Alabama.
