Dude was FLYING all over the field. Proud of his effort. We just keep improving every week

Saturday is another tough game but we have proven we're a very tough team

We got 5 tough games a week off then 2 tough games before the FCS game and road Iron Bowl.

I had a buddy who is a fan of another SEC school out of state and I mentioned how we basically can't take our foot off the gas until the bye week before having to lock in for another gauntlet.

He proceeded to look at the schedule and was like "shite man, we might be your easiest game left on the schedule besides the FCS team."

Kane is playing with a banged up unit, but seems to be a second half guy. If I’ve said it once then I’ve said it a million times: Kane needs to hire more analysts to scout teams weeks in advance. Saban had an army of them. Kane could learn a thing to two.

Bottom line: we need to be better prepared in 1H if we want to make a run.

Good win fellas. On to the next. And our WRs kick arse.

Vandy couldn’t run on Bama today outside of the two explosive plays.

Yes, they had I think 99 yards on the two explosives. Outside of that very sound.

Jefferson had an amazing game but I never heard Lawson’s name called once.
Hope Jefferson maintains that fire for the season. It will make us tremendously better.
Maybe Lawson will join the party sooner or later.

Lawson was playing a lot of outside linebacker today. Hand on the ground rushing the passer. Didn’t seem terribly effective but I’d have to go back and watch again to know for sure.

Lawson is still early in his recovery but he needs to step it up.

Cuevas had a good game. He has turned into one of the best TEs we have had.

And you will never hear Lawson name called. It’s never called. He’s not a play maker and I’ve said this at least 100 time. There’s a reason we have a 5th year starting lb still here. He’s out there for one reason. He knows the play book and helps set the calls. I saw him get visibly upset at the sideline when Kane couldn’t get the call in on time. Lawson is soft and smart.

He’s literally only here because he blew his knee out in November.

Ha. No. He’s here because he plays soft. He’s the anti Mike linebacker. He’s smart but he’s soft as baby shite. Campbell covered for him last year.

I was pleased with how we weathered the initial storm and fought through the adversity early in the game. Totally the opposite of the FSU game.

Hard to believe they almost let this stand as a catch.
