If Mo could get away with as many carries as Giannis he wouldn't need to work on his handle.

He had a deflection just beyond midcourt where he ran down and almost got an easy layup. It looked just like Herb, except he didnt finish.
Perimeter defense, rebounding, post defense, shot blocking, smart passing, and maximum effort.

That's right...unfortunately only Duke, Kansas, Kentucky, UCLA, UCONN, and UNC get superstar whistles in cbb.

I'm not sure you're remembering Herb's time at Bama very well.

I think I am. Reading is my greatest strength. Perhaps you aren't reading MY comment correctly?
I love Herb, but he missed an ungodly amount of layups.

Mo kind of reminds me more of Dennis Rodman. Similar size, great defender, great rebounder, hustle guy. Maybe not great offensive skill, but could get points when he needed to. A lot of this board is too young to have watched Rodman in his prime.

Chris Hines is an apt comparison for Mo, but Mo is already a better scorer. Hines was a true “Junkyard Dog” for Bama. Anthony Grant had hustle stats and Hines dominated those stats. Kinda like our hard hat points now.

Very impressive job by the defense. Vandy didn’t score a point!
