That's just a dumb arse mma guys who doesn't understand it takes one punch to knock his arse out.

Funny how he calls him his little brother.... little brother is 26 and you're fighting his fights against a 19 year old. Dude is probably some broke +30 year old who is mad he hasn't achieved anything of worth is his pathetic life.

I will be interested to see how Coach Saban addressed this beyond dismissing him from the team. Usually coach will lay out a program that provides a path back to the team once you prove you have pulled your life together. I'm wonder if he was afforded that or if this was just one strike too many. If he did I wonder if he would take it or attempt to resurrect his playing career elsewhere. Either way I hope he gets the help he needs to turn things around.

Yeah, that's ridiculous.

But this is a dumb intentional mischaracterization on your part. Cowan is a 19 year old who is larger and stronger than 99% of people on the planet. He's 6'4", 238 lbs., and has been in a world class strength training program for over a year.

He is not your typical 19 year old. He's a grown arse man with the maturity of a 12 year old. I hate that he's destroyed this opportunity, because he had a hell of a lot of potential.

99%??

Lol what an exaggeration. For one strength doesn't mean you know how to throw a punch or take one. Secondly, a teenager is still a teenager.

You guys buck at me all day online and I'm literally no different in size

You don't seem very knowledgeable. 6'4" makes him taller than 98.9% of adult males in the US. Easily WAY beyond the 99th percentile in the world. Likely closer to 99.9th percentile, as US men are taller than those in most countries.

Just no. I'm not sure anyone other than Commander Data has said something dumber on this board. This is when he was 17.

Let me get this straight, in one thread you talk self-righteously about how fighting is childish. Yet here you are attempting to pick a fight by insulting another poster?

It's no wonder you never get in fights, you probably keep all this sass and personality online because you're smart enough to know it will get your face kicked in IRL.

Anyways, at least I learned something today. I'm taller and stronger than 99% of the people on Earth.

Also, I will repeat, a teenager is a teenager. Just because you fear him, doesn't change this fact. If you're a grown man and can't handle a teenager, then steer clear.

If you're a grown man pathetic enough to want to fight your 26-year old younger brother's battles because he was beat up by a teenager then GKY.

The 26 year old, his older brother and Cowan all need their asses kicked. All of them look like fricking idiots.

Very true. Size doesn’t change age.. sorry it just doesn’t. Just cause she has tits doesn’t mean she isn’t 16..lol

In a bar? Because someone bumped you, or said something that got your panties in a wad? It sure is. Most people outgrow that shite by the time they're out of high school.

More likely because I don't associate with people dumb enough to start bar fights. If they're that immature, they're not worth my time IRL. I got tired of hanging out with guys like that back in college.

I'm picking a fight by pointing out that you're wrong when you made derisive comments about my original statment? So you're saying you would punch someone in a bar over this? That's just sad, man.

It's honestly ridiculous that you would defend Cowan's behavior, or worse, that you would expect some little drunk guy to know how to "handle" a sucker punch from someone with 6 inches and 60 pounds on him.

Not sure what that douche has to do with any of this, but ok. He seems like someone who would happily get in a bar fight. Now you don't like those guys?

Good. Everyone that gets in a bar fight should be kicked off the team.

DJ Pettway comes to mind. He was welcomed back after a year (or 2, I forget).

Pretty sure DJ wasn't the one who actually jumped the kid though. If I remember correctly he had a minor role in the deal and thats why he was allowed to come back. Eddie Williams was not afforded that same opportunity.

DJ drove the car. He was given a path back because he didn't beat the kids.

Don't appreciate that but in context you are the fricking moron that told the board that Jalen Hurts was better than Brodie. I had nothing to say in this thread and frick you twice for the comment and your mother once for being dumb enough for the Hurts opinion. Learn not to attack a poster especially when they aren't even involved in the thread bitch.

FIFY

ETA - Sorry to drag you into it, but oddly enough, it was the over the top hero worship of Brodie thread that made me think of you.

Anyway, as far as bar fights go, I'll say one last thing. I've known bowed up, self proclaimed "badasses" all my life. Honestly, I've probably even acted that way myself before, but I cut people like that out of my life a long time ago.

One former friend is serving a life sentence in Alabama for carrying a bar fight outside and murdering a man after he hit on the dead guys GF. I neither know, nor care, how he's faring in prison. He was always stepping up on someone trying to get us into fights. Bars, parking lots, sometimes even with the people pulling up next to us at red lights.

He reminds me a lot of this guy...

it will get your face kicked in IRL.

Regarding Cowan, if you're dumb enough to risk your ticket out of the hood, or your future in the NFL, or your life and your freedom over something said to you by a stranger in a bar, then you probably didn't deserve any of those things anyway.

For Cowan's sake, I hope he can find a home in JUCO and get back on track, but based on his history, I doubt he will make that happen.

In light of todays news regarding Lewis, can we tell Cowan we were just joking about that kicked off team thing?

I have seen that movie too.. they steal the plane as prisoners.(Conair) Good news for your friend.. he becomes the good guy and saves the day..lol

Cowan will be back at Bama.. Saban usually see’s situations as this as a challenge to turn a kids life around. It will be a long road though and Cowan might not hang in there. It’s really what Saban coach’s for now. It’s brings more pleasure than winning to him. He has said this many times

Not sure how the guy warrants a lol. The only good news for him is that he didn't get the death penalty, but he probably should have.
