The depth is insane, I know we will eventually settle down a few less guys. But looks like we can truly matchup

Just realized #13 A&M lost to UCF and FL is down to South FL. Come on SEC

I get South FL being inspired by the death of their coach, but why does Buzz’s teams always lose badly in OOC games before finding their footing in SEC games.

Guys. This team is ridiculous. I know its one half but everything is there. Offense, defense, shooters, big men, ball handlers, depth (holy shite the depth), length everywhere, coaching.

The only question looks like how do we manage minutes for 12 starter level players.

(This is all me being a little bit too Gump after one half)
This is the kind of team where we have so many guys, you can’t get them all off the court at the end of comfortable games. We could score 100 a lot this season.

We are playing great initial defense and then when the shot goes up...we forget to rebound the basketball lol. Half the players be running already for the break without the ball.

We need to make better decisions with basketball is another issue right now but with the three guys being back...I expect a little rust!

Sherrell is going to be a problem!
Nelson is rusty but he had some good moments.
Trelly is still the best shooter in the country just needs to get shots up!

Apparently Mallette and Naas are redshirting and Youngblood is out til December so we’re set at 10 for now.

Crazy just a few years ago. The 5 guys subbed in from the bench would have definitely been impressive as our key guys

Technically, half of those guys are our starters. Or were. Labaron keeps this shite up, and we'll keep Wrightsell in his old role as the sparkplug off the bench.

Youngblood might be back early December

Did not know this. I’m sure these guys could play but that is probably good for them and good for the team.

Good luck to him cracking that guard rotation.

I figured Naas. But convincing Mallette to RS is huge. Dude looked like a sniper in the exhibitions. A year is development under Oats, then one last season. Plus another year of free education for a guy who isn't an NBA prospect. That's a dream come true.

They’ll ease him in slowly, but we’ll definitely want his experience for the NCAAT.

Love Philon, but the pressure of the NCAAT is a whole different level for underclassmen. Need Trelly, Mark, and Youngblood ready to go for those spots with Philon and Holloway helping off the bench for depth.

Nate said pregame that both of those guys need to add size, and with Mallette missing most of the offseason that it didn’t make sense for his last season of CBB to be coming off a limited offseason fighting for minutes. Doubt he stays next year, but we’ll see.
