Probably because his team is still playing. Only reason Buzz and Prohm were talked about is because of their relation to the school opening. I’d be a bit surprised if UCLA didn’t at least make an inquiry.

Yea, I was going to ask for access. I'm not a good poster but I don't troll, especially on a team's board.

Any reason why you like Musselman? The more I learn about him, the less impressed I am.

Big Ten school will never hire Pearl b/c of what happened. The biggest threat to steal him would St. John's or Pittsburgh----programs near his home city that may spend the cash. Pearl has no connection to west and Pac 12 is a joke.

I think he has one of the best basketball minds of the current choices. There are a bunch of NBA players that credit him with evolving their game and helping them reach the next level. Former NBA coaches have great things to say as well.
He has been at almost ever level of the game, NBA, International and College. I know some might be weary of an NBA coach because of Avery but Musselman paid his dues at an assistant level before he became a Head Coach. LSU's only great year under Trent Johnson was with him on the bench.
I also love his approach to the transfer market which I think will be a bigger thing in the future.
He does have real concerns with roster management but I'm willing to overlook some of that considering he was at Nevada.

Yes, he addressed that in one of his videos done by stadium. He doesn't really do it because he thinks it works everywhere but thought it would work best for where he was at, Nevada. I think he would adapt in the SEC where you can't rely on that many transfers. That being said, doesn't hurt to bring in good transfers, just can't be your only method of bring kids in.

Agreed, I don't really want Pearl but not because I don't think he is a great coach.
Auburn isn't letting him go without the offer being ridiculous. Charles would never forgive the University if they did something like that. Hell, he might offer to pay all of Pearl's salary.
