Miles is also 2 years older than Kira was when he started at Bama.

Speaking of age I realized something crazy last night, Quinerly is older than Collin Sexton is.

NCAA has allowed head coach and assistants to make phone & video calls to recruits.

However, strength coaches & academic advisors aren’t allowed to be on calls.

C’mon, NCAA. These kids have a difficult enough task right now. Give them ability to get as much info as possible.

Jordan Bruner, the 6-foot-9 grad transfer from Yale, is down to three schools and says he’ll announce his decision this week.

Bruner, who averaged 10.9 points, 9.2 rebounds and 3.8 assists last season, is down to Alabama, Baylor and Maryland.

He commented on each option for ZAGSBLOG:
“Alabama– Coach [Nate] Oats is setting up a good system at a new school, and has a history of winning.”

“Baylor- Best team in the country this year. Lot of great players and great culture.”

“Maryland– Great platform with a team who won the Big Ten this year and is losing a lot.”

“Baylor might have the slight edge, thanks to the success that it has had in the transfer department, but I would not count out Alabama. A decision is expected in the coming days.” - @coreyevans_10 on Jordan Bruner

I like our chances if its between us and baylor honestly based on what he said about wanting to go somewhere he can improve his draft stock. He could showcase his offensive ability in our offense

The most Alabama thing of all time is that the 2019-2020 team was specifically missing a type of player that was 90% exactly what Donta Hall was.

Nah. The most Alabama thing of all time would have been Hall having one more year of eligibility, us winning 25 games against a tough schedule and looking like a 3 or 4 seed, and having the tournament canceled.

Not sure if we'll start recruiting him or not.

Although Jordan Bruner would be the lowest rated recruit of this cycle, he’s the most important one besides Primo.

Signing Bruner would put Bruner, Javian, Rojas, and Ambrose-Hylton all in-line to snag Galin/Reese’s minutes at the PF/C spots from last season. Even if the walking vaginas stayed, we’d probably never see them.

You can't really go by his recruit ranking from three years ago coming out of HS. IMO he and Justin Turner are the top 2 grad transfers this year.

Zagoria talked to Bruner yesterday, he is the one that had the blurb with Bruner talking a little about each school. So he should have a pretty good read on it.

Would be a game changer for the roster next season if we landed him and he actually enrolled. So I don’t anticipate the positive outcome to occur

UPDATE: While he's still considering it, #Yale senior grad transfer SF Jordan Bruner has not yet declared for #NBADraft. Will announce between #Alabama #Bama, #Maryland #UMD, and #Baylor this week.

Pretty sure he did declare and just retained his eligibility, right?

Yea I think it's pretty hard to overstate how huge Bruner's decision is. The domino effect would create great depth as well.

Absolutely huge.
