If Oats is able to get Ellis, Oats will have some tremendous size and length on the perimeter. Love what he is building here.

Primo says he is 112% committed.

So five-star hoops prospect Josh Primo just committed to Alabama. Said it all season long: With the style of play Bama played this year under Nate Oats, I'm guessing that staff KILLS it on the recruiting trail the next couple years

"Primo is a really impressive guard prospect because of his combination of size, skill and shot making ability. He brings versatility and ability to impact the game whether he’s playing on or off the ball.
Primo’s game has developed significantly over the last 12 to 18 months, and he’s getting more and more comfortable playing with the ball in his hands. His ability to shoot from three, really helps open his floor game because you give him space.
While the skill has continued to develop as has his feel for the lead guard position, his biggest strength at this stage is his shooting ability. Primo has good mechanics, impressive footwork and deep range on his shot.
This is arguably Nate Oats best recruit as a college head coach. This is a big deal for Alabama and their program. He’s that type of recruit."

"I love the fluidity of his game. He has an athletic burst to go along with great body control. The length is impressive for a ball handling shooting guard as well. Does need to develop a more physical side to his game, but the upside is high for him in all aspects of the game."

So Primo is a one and done most likely?
Posted on 3/27/20 at 10:57 am to Allthatfades
So Primo for Hawkins spot. Elllis, if we get him, for Kira’s spot. So we’d have to process someone to get a grad transfer unless Petty decides to leave?
