Edwards only shot 34.6% from three this year, which isn't very good as I've found out today.

Could y'all imagine Bama going to overtime for a chance to go to the final four? I'd be sick as a dog

He shot 40% on volume last year. He was streaky this year though

This is his like 8th game with 6+ 3FG though

Craziest thing is Avery was a floor general.

Yep, his strength as a player was being a coach on the floor and he has 2 of the top 17 NBA playoff performances in assist to turnover ratio.

You're a tard.

Answer this question: Do you know the difference between good and exceptional?

Do you think that having 116 other people ahead of you is in the exceptional range?

Imagine how envious people are watching Alabama play football.

I think being 5th in scoring offense and having 4 players shoot over 35% from three is very exceptional. Only an idiot wouldn't. Buffalo obviously had a very good team this year.

Finding one misleading stat to say they weren't good from three is what's retarded.

They were 12th in the country in made three pointers.

These guys hit big shot after big shot. We are not even in the same universe. Hopefully that'll change with coach Oats soon.

I can comfortably say this is the most competitive Sweet 16/Elite 8 I’ve watched in memory.

Maybe the guy that only shot 27% from 3 shouldn't have taken 24% of the 3 attempts.

Would've definitely helped their percentage, but still he was their Carson Edwards, he could turn it on in clutch moments.

Jeremy Harris earned the nickname Mr. March while at Buffalo.

Harris had a big slump this year that Oats helped him out of. Harris generally in his career had been a very good shooter.

Good article on it.

Jeremy Harris again turns into Mr. March

They TOOK 1022 shots from 3. As a team they hit .337 of them. Again, it’s not elite shooting, it’s VOLUME!

In contrast, Alabama took 718 from 3. We shot .340 as a team. Nobody is confusing Alabama with a high scoring machine. They shot roughly 10 more times per game from downtown. It makes a difference.

Alabama was 203 in 3 pt attempts. Buffalo was 6th.

That's why the stat is misleading, the less threes you shoot the easier it is to have a high percentage. You shoot 10 threes it's easy to shoot 50%, you shoot 1022, not so much.

Still they had a lot of individual shooters on the team who had very good three percentages, which means they did have good three point shooters.

You shoot 37% or over individually and shoot as many threes as their players did you are a damn good shooter.

As I said they were 12th in three pointers made, that is the stat that matters.

B-ball insider on BOL just said that Nate met with Bucky tonight...interesting this happens a day before he meets with Trendon.
