Wjy the hell would Wright even recruit a kid like that then try and put the shackles one him. Looking at that video it looks like a lack of communication from more than Quinerly honestly.

Well, apparently Jay Wright runs a very complicated defense with a lot of switches and it was confusing him.

He's definitely worth taking a chance on, but I do think we all have to go into it knowing there is a decent chance he ends up being a shite head here too.

Dude....Reese looking thin in those pics. Probably down 20lbs from the Norfolk State game and probably 30lbs from when he arrived on campus.

If he could play even decent D he’d be a huge asset. Being that much thinner should make him a little wuicker

Can I just say that I hadn't read the thread in a while and went through reading the last 6-7 pages and this thread is frickin fantastic.

Great breakdowns, knowledgable chalk talk, no over the top homer nonsense, discussion about Pearl and Auburn without any 4th grade "dur cheater booger" stuff.

Just all around frickin fantastic. Feels good to have some positivity around here again.

A dose of reality. Hopefully, the kid will fulfill his potential but it isn't a sure thing. I'm pulling for him to be all we want him to be.

Also I'll never trust a transfer until I see it work with my own 2 eyes

the most promising thing from that article for me. was the statement that jq's issues were not "effort" related. it said he works hard, it just hasnt clicked yet. hopefully he learned his lesson on popping off on social media.

I'd say we hit on Chris Hines. I'd love to have a Chris Hines clone on my team any day of the week.

I was thinking D1 transfers mainly. We've had some decent success with JuCo guys in specifically roles.

Who are our best D1 transfer guys? Probably Bola?

Bola has to be the guy. I'd love to have him on this team.

Bola?! Hell no. Why do you guys enjoy playing 4 vs 5 on offense so much?

Tevin Mack was the only decent transfer Avery brought in.
