CBS Sports has them ranked #6. If they add Boogie and Precious, they’ll move up some more. It’s insane what Penny is doing

Those two commits would make it great but lets stop.with saying its insane. It is good but Duke and KY have had far better classes.

Penny is recruiting how we hoped Avery would with his pedigree.

I’m not a member and I don’t have a way to show you what it said, but someone let me read it earlier and Shack mentions he wants to be a one and done player like Collin was.

Shack basically just talked about how hard he works and he said he’s very confident in his game and not just his shooting. He said he loves to play defense too.

Not sure he’s a one and done kind of player, but he’s much better than what most of these recruiting analysts are giving him credit for. He’s an extremely talented player.

Hard to believe how underrated he is, he would routinely have 50 point games in HS.

At one point pretty deep in the season I read he was averaging over 40 points per game.

Sounds like the 3pt line is being moved back to the international line starting next season. Im OK with this

I'm good with it too, but it's just our luck that it would get moved back when we hire coach whose team ranked seventh last year in 3-point attempts.

I don't think it will matter much. Running a system where the bulk of your shots are designed to be 3s or uncontested/lightly contested dunks and layups is still going to be the most efficient way to play. If anything, moving the line back will actually improve offenses that focus on stretching the defense out to the perimeter because now there is even more space being vacated when they do that.

That’s why Dick always talked Avery up. Good ole boys network at work.

I also think moving the 3 line back will help us and Nate's system. If you live and die by the 3 and shoot a ton of them, there will be an initial adjustment period for shooters, but most will adjust accordingly and the game will march on fairly quickly. I think we will fall in that category AND benefit from we're learning this brand new anyway, so 1 transition all at once. If we'd been in the system for a couple of years, now we have to adjust again. Also, if you don't shoot a ton of 3's, moving that line back is going to be a harder adjustment to make for the occasional 3 guy.

College BB is a great game. Why don't they just leave it alone?

Got to screw with it just or the sake of screwing with it.

Who if anybody is calling to change the game?
