I agree with the point that we put in so much time and effort into recruiting for years and Memphis and LSU just swooped in at the last minute and pushed us aside.
That is the blueprint of shady recruiting. But if Wade is still going the same route after getting suspended and almost losing his job; I would have to admire him for having kahones.

He was caught on wiretap talking about strong offers and was reinstated. Why would he stop when it led to his success this past season? He may decide to be smarter about it and not have the conversations himself, but he’s not going to stop doing what made him successful when he hasn’t received as much as a slap on the wrist for it.

Exactly. Sean Miller is still employed at Zona and the evidence is just as damning. The NCAA hasn’t uttered a peep about this whole trial while there are bodies and smoking guns laying everywhere. If they wanted to clean up basketball, it would be a cakewalk right now, who could argue? But it would also be Armageddon for the blue bloods. Zona, Kansas, probably several other royalty programs and a good number of other P5 schools would get some kind of punishment. The NCAA would be flushing their biggest paycheck for at least a year. So it appears they will ignore it, issue some stern memos and maybe a couple of wrist slaps and bury their heads in the sand (more accurately up their own asses). So why shouldn’t Wade and Miller continue business as usual? It’s bought them conference titles and deep NCAA runs. Until they are stopped, it’s worth the risk.

I think the ncaa is just waiting until all the cards are played, and also waiting to see if the schools do what they are required to do, and that is to self report the violations. If the schools dont self report, the ncaa penalties should be as bad as the SMU penalties, when they destroyed their program. And, I dont think the ncaa has any choice in this. Everyone knows the evidence and everyone is watching.

Yeah, the FBI trial isn't even over. The NCAA is coming, but they're probably waiting to see what all comes out of the trials.

Seems like the only 2 players were even recruiting for this cycle are Rojas and Cole. Watford is LSU bound and Quinerly hasn’t been mentioned with Bama since his name came up in the trial. I removed everyone but Rojas and Cole from the recruits section on the first page

Cole should be on campus starting tomorrow, right?

Oats and Hodgson met with 2020 5-star PG Daishen Nix once again (today). Seems like he’s our main target for that class

Ole Miss kept buying recruits when they were being investigated. If you're going down, ya might as well go firing

Not sure why I haven’t noticed this earlier, but no wonder Nate is doing a lot of his recruiting outside the state. In-state recruits are looking rough the next couple years.

Yep. Avery would’ve continued to recruit those in-state players too I bet
