You and several others are little whiney girls. We lost. 1) it happens sometimes. Every team this year has lost and most will again more than once. 2) We are a team adjusting to a new coach and new style of play. 3). We have had an unprecedented run of foul luck, with five of our scholarship players out for one reason or another. We have to play a sophomore and a freshman significant minutes.

And you go a drop a brick because we lost a game and start crapping all over players.

Just fade away. You’ve made enough of an arse of yourself for one night.

Wasn’t somebody talking about a possible transfer big named Dont’o Hull just the other day. He could really help us out.

I will say that I am a little disappointed in Lewis and Petty today though. Arkansas guards play just as many minutes as they do and showed up playing injured and still outplayed Petty and Lewis.

I'm sure Oats did everything he could to motivate them, sometimes the players have to take ownership.

If not for Shack we would've lost by 20.

You're just not going to win many games playing like this.

Some of those calls though...even the TV guys said there were some bail outs. You can't play D if you can't breathe on the guy with the ball.

We get guys end up on the floor and no whistle, they get bumped or not touched and TWEET

If Petty or Kira leave next season it will be a massive mistake. They both need another year. There are a lot of holes in their games.

So can we now stop this nonsense about being in the tournament.

It wasn't nonsense until we had to play a game with only 7 scholarship players available.

Something tells me Petty may need the bread.

Even if it's for overseas paychecks, (which it will be) he will leave imo.

I think he stays unless he really is hurting for money like you suggest.

He has a legit shot to be a top 30 pick if he comes back next year, his D is improving and people who can shoot 45% from three are very rare.

Would be very dumb for him to leave after this year.

The NBA draft is all about potential, Kira is being projected by a lot of people as a top 20 pick. He is probably gone. He can develop for another year in the NBA while making money.

Oats pretty much sold Kira and his mom on coming back with the pitch that he could be a first round pick after this year, and that's probably what is gonna happen.

Even if he falls to being projected around the 40th pick that's still good enough money for him to leave I assume.

Beetle will be back Tuesday. That will give us 8 for the next 3 weeks. If we can just hold it together until Herb gets back.........

Petty has got to step up though

Bama basketball thread turning on each other.

But for real - there are some people in here with some really bad, dumbass takes. They are easy to spot and totally give themselves away as not knowing wtf they are talking about.
