Is it really a big deal if he does get information from other people and not directly from a 'source'? As long as the information is accurate, I don't think many people care how he got the information, just that he did in somewhat a timely fashion.. So we don't have to sift for that information.

I'm not going to lie, I was leary of Boz's insider status a while back, but the man 99% has been on the money if you have paid attention.... How and what he does to get that info? Idgaf.

The number of people covered under HIPAA is actually fairly limited. For example, the EMT for the ambulance service that picks you up is covered but the trooper that wrote up the report has no HIPAA worries at all if he tells all your friends how your tib/fib was sticking out of your leg.
You'll notice that covered entites are generally limited to providers, billing companies, and insurance companies.
SO now that you've shown you don't know what you're talking about, anything else you want to add?

If he had the scope we might see Tua back for LSU but a lot will depend on how bad the tear was and post op swelling for recovery. Ingram had the same thing in 2010 18 days after his actually surgery he played against Duke and had a great game. So here's hoping

Hurts went 26-2, because Bama had a great defense the last two years.
Bama does not have a great defense this year. Hurts can beat Tennessee, The Citadel and maybe Auburn.
LSU and Miss St will shut down Bama's run game and Hurts will not be able to make the throws needed to win. Bama's run game hasn't been great with Tua's passing threat.
LSU and State will run the ball down Bama's throat and Bama has not shown the ability to stop the run this year.
Without Tua's quick strike offense, Bama does not beat LSU or State. Could easily lose to Auburn.
Tua made Bama 30 points better. I doubt Bama would have beaten Texas A&M without Tua. This would have been a reloading year for Bama without Tua.
The season is over if Tua does not play against LSU.

Not if it's coming from a player, and certainly not if the origin of the information is Tua himself or one of his relatives.

I'd be shocked if Saban brings it up or answers any questions. Make Pruitt prepare for both guys. I don't like giving Pruitt an entire week to get ready for Hurts only

State almost beat Bama last year. Bama could not stop the run game. State has a much better defense this year.
If Tua is out for the LSU game, we all better hope State beats LSU next week.
