I would love to play them.

JQ know that wasn't a shot at him but if he wants to receive it like that then...let's get active.

Right now I think it would be Mo until he gets caught up with conditioning and learning in practice.

I interrupt the Third Saturday in October for this important @AlabamaMBB countdown moment: Winfrey “Wimp” Sanderson became the 16th head basketball coach at The University of Alabama in 1980 after starting as a graduate assistant in 1960. Over 12 years, @wimpsanderson1 unleashed a stifling defense on opponents and his trademark scowl on officials that set the standard of basketball excellence in the 1980s. The Florence native won five SEC Tournaments, one SEC regular-season championship, made 10 NCAA Tournaments and reached the Sweet Sixteen six times. He is the school’s winningest coach with 267 victories. His plaid sport coats are as much a fashion statement during basketball winters as houndstooth is on fall Saturdays. It is not hyperbole when my generation says he means as much to UA basketball as Coach Bryant did to football. Anyone who disagrees, my response is: “You booger bears are out of your cotton-picking minds!” So the 16th head coach is here to remind you the 2023-24 basketball season tips off in 16 days.

Charles Martin (C.M.) Newton became The University of Alabama’s 15th head basketball coach in 1968 when Kentucky coach Adolph Rupp referred his former player to Paul “Bear” Bryant. After struggling his first three years, Newton turned things around with two winning seasons, before leading @AlabamaMBB to three consecutive SEC regular-season championships in 1974, 1975 and 1976, becoming the only school besides Kentucky to accomplish this feat. The 1976 Crimson Tide is regarded as one of the best teams in school history as it finished 23-5, reached the NCAA Tournament and gave unbeaten and eventual national champion Indiana its toughest tournament game in the Sweet Sixteen before falling 74-69. So the 15th head coach is here to remind you the 2023-24 basketball season tips off in 15 days.

Either or

I think we will still be good. We are going to have to defend like crazy in order to reach out full potential.

Doesn't necessarily translate to real games, but after I saw him a little in one of the practice videos a while back, I said I thought Walters might get some real playing time.
