I LIKE Sears...but not as a point guard. He's a fine shooting (or "off", or #2) guard, just not the guy who runs the offense.

Agreed, I'd rather see him as a 6th man next year. Tired of the undersized combo guard line ups. Would like to get a bit bigger in the back court. Fine shooter no doubt, it'll be interesting to see how he improves going into year 2 here.

It took everything in him to dunk that ball. Dunking should be a bare minimum to be a D1 athlete. The dude has maximized what he can do with his physical gifts, but those gifts are not great.
edit: the amount of downvotes is hilarious. Sears is not an A+ athlete. Again, he gets the most out of his body, but yall need to watch him closer. He missed a dunk early in the season because he couldn't jump high enough, and he isn't able to go by anyone that's a similar size as him. He had to use his shoulder width to keep them away from the ball on drives. He's a canny player, he uses what he has well, but he just isn't hyper athletic.
