The guy was downvoted a ton. But I'm sure every Purdue fan that read it believes it. They spearheaded the anti-Bama sentiment on there for some reason, even more than AU

The Reddit Auburn fans have surprisingly been some of the most reasonable posters on there. It's been bizarre.

From the Nicholls’ perspective

Claunch to leave Nicholls to be P5 assistant coach

quote:

Multiple reports have stated today that Claunch is in line to become a lead assistant coach at Alabama – a power program in the SEC that was the No. 1 overall seed in the NCAA Tournament. The Tide lost several assistant coaches to become head coaches in this coaching cycle, which created an opportunity with the SEC power.

New Arkansas State head coach Bryan Hodgson adds his first two marquee transfers

It was a busy Saturday for new Arkansas State head coach Bryan Hodgson, who added two marquee transfers at his new school.

The former Alabama assistant coach added former Buffalo guard Laquill Hardnett and UMass forward Dyondre Dominguez.

Hardnett spent one year at Cincinnati before heading to Buffalo, where he averaged 11.3 points and right around seven rebounds per game this season. Meanwhile, Dominguez will arrive at Arkansas State after averaging 8.7 points and 4.4 rebounds per game this season.

I missed that Sears declared, but kept his the option to come back.

I'm extremely surprised at this. He is barely quick enough to play college ball, I love the kid, but there is 0 chance he makes it in the NBA. He has maximized what the Lord gave him, he gets every ounce he can out of it, but he is a step slow. At the NBA level he would be 5 steps slow.

He's getting feedback that's all! Which will be good for his off-season training.

This. Its like cheating for a test.

Work on what nba scouts want to see.

I'd say it's more like having a private tutor. They'll evaluate your skills and let you know exactly where to focus your studying.

It's a good thing, not a bad thing. One of the better ideas the NBA has had towards prospects that doesn't screw over the colleges.

Im gonna go with Kris Parker, 6’8 with guard skills, I think he is gonna be a problem.

That being said I think Dioubete may have the clearest path to early minutes being an elite defender.

Feels like we are going to end up with a lot of mid major and low major guys. I feel confident we will get the kid from Wofford. Maybe the Cal St. guy. The talent isn’t going to be what it was last year. Will still be good just not compared to what we lost. We really need Q to come back.

Guys like LJ Cryer, Caleb Love ect are looking to come in and start from day 1 obviously and neither would start for us over Sears or JQ. Really the only spot we can maybe expect to land a high level transfer is SF or PF since we have those spots up for grabs and we probably already got our SF in Jaykwon Walton.

Whatever PG we get will have to be ok with playing behind JQ
