Ole Miss freshman Malique Ewin is entering the transfer portal.

The 6’10” center appeared in 14 games for the Rebels. Former top 100 recruit.

We recruited him a little bit before he chose Ole Miss.

Looks like they are getting close to approving 2 summer Exhibition games against other teams. Having those 2 games to hold me over until the start of the season will be awesome

Alabama's Charles Bediako will test the 2023 NBA Draft waters per his NBA + NCAA certified agent, Daniel Green.

The 7'0" big man garnered SEC All-Defense + All-Tourney honors, fueled by his impactful two-way rim presence.

Rim-running lob threat + shot blocker w/ a 40+” vert.

Charles is athletic but he doesn't have close to a 40" vertical. MAYBE 27". I've seen him fail to dunk way too many times. He is not an explosive athlete like most 40" leapers are, dudes like Pringle.

ESPN Sources: As NBA and NBPA pursue a new CBA ahead of tonight’s opt-out deadline, a deal wouldn’t include a change in the minimum draft age rule ending the “One-and-Done” era. High school players will still need to wait a full year beyond graduation to enter future drafts.

Good for Chuck. He will be back. He really turned into a defensive monster this year. He still needs to improve his offensive games. Right now it’s lobs and putbacks.

Agreed. He'll get some good feedback and it should help him take another step forward for us next year.

I think he needs to shoot more. He hits 3s in warm-ups consistently. I think it's a confidence thing.

I've said the same. He needs to work on FTs and at least being a threat to shoot from outside, even it's at 25%. If Bediako could bring his defender out of the post on offense, it would REALLY open things up for everyone else.

Quinerly to test the draft waters while maintaining college eligibility. I'd expect that means he'll be back.

I would love to add Dickinson just to see this place and Reddit melt down with their hatred of him and Oats

I like Dickinson because he is a big man that can shoot. Idk how good his defense is tho.

But We desperately need to find a big man that can play both the 4/5 and step out and knock down a 3. Right now Bediako and Pringle can’t do that

Curious what that means for Bradley if JQ returns. This is college hoops now. Feels like year to year it's going to be crap shoot with teams looking drastically different.
