I understand bro.

Auburn is to big & athletic for this Israeli team. They should beat them by twenty easily.

Alabama will host Jacksonville State as part of its 22-23 non-conference schedule.

Game is set for November 18th.

Third straight year that the Gamecocks will face the Tide in Tuscaloosa. Bama won a tight one, 65-59, in last season's meeting.

In the 2022 FIBA rankings, Spain is #2, Lithuania 8, China 29. Those are our opponents. Israel is ranked 42, way down the list. This Israeli under 20 team could not neat Birmingham Southern. That is typical Auburn being Auburn. LINK

Did he finish that dunk by the way?

Clowney blocked it, but Miller had a hellacious block on Miles on Saturday. Film clips on both somewhere.

Dang! Auburn should of played an AAU team. We even got a TOUGH overseas schedule. China looks better than both honestly.

Nate can we play teams like Auburn??
Just asking...

UK and Gonzaga announced a home and home series. UK goes to Spokane November 20th. That’s going to be a ridiculous environment in Spokane

July stock riser Davin Cosby has three fall visits scheduled

One of the biggest July live period stock-risers was three-star swingman Davin Cosby. After the reclassifications of former five-star 2023 prospects GG Jackson and Kylan Boswell, the 6-foot-5 shooting guard out of Richmond (Va.) entered the 247Sports Player Rankings at the No. 149 spot.

“It was just a blessing,” Cosby said. “I worked really hard with my trainer MJ Wynn every day so I could have the opportunity to show it on the court and I showed it.”

On the visiting trail, Cosby has already completed a summer official visit to Wake Forest last week. He says he also plans to officially visit Alabama on the third day of September, Tennessee on the 15th of October and is in the process of scheduling an officials with LSU and USC. Wake Forest could additionally be in the mix to receive another visit in the fall as well.

With a few plans in play, Cosby discussed his thoughts on each program with 247Sports:

Alabama: “The coaching staff was the first high major staff to offer me. Ever since they offered me, they have been on me. They text me and let me know that they want me a lot. They also let me know that I can fit into their system. Antoine Pettway recruits me from there.”

LSU: “I am trying to set that visit up. I talk to Ronnie Hamilton the most from there. They actually showed a lot of love once they offered and found out I could play. I like the relationship and I feel like I need to go there and visit the school to see what it is like.”

Tennessee: “I like the opportunity they have and playing under Rick Barnes sticks out to me. He is a great coach who knows the game and knows how to get his players to where they want to be.”

USC: “Eric Mobley recruits me from there. He was the first coach I talked to. They have a new facility. They get players in the league. They have connections and I would have an opportunity to play.”

Wake Forest: “The visit was great. The stuff that stuck out to me was the way that practice was run. I liked the way Steve Forbes was talking to his players. He has a tight relationship with all of his players. The dinner that we had was a fun time. It was all just chill and fun.”

When taking his visits, Cosby will really focus on how the different coaching staffs develop their players on and off the court.

“I am looking at what the coaches do to make their players better,” Cosby said. “I am also looking at how much they pay attention to the weight program, nutrition, and if they actually care about their players to the point where they are just not used for basketball but also real-life situations.”

Cosby plans on making a decision around November but he also says he could make an immediate decision if he feels the time is right.

“If I am feeling a school is a good fit, that is when I will know,” Cosby said. “If my gut is telling me I should go there, then I will go there.”

As a former member of Team Forbes, I find it interesting that we seem to be going after a lot of the same players.

Anyone who isn't too far away should try to visit, I know visiting Houston isn't the most exciting campus trip but they did a good job with the renovations a few years ago.
